Terms of Use and User Policy

Your account and your choices

You must be at least 18 to use an account. Use your own account, protect your sign-in details, and provide accurate information. Each invited person must accept this policy for themselves. Only upload or share information you are authorized to use. Being invited to a care circle does not make someone a legal representative or authorize healthcare or financial decisions.

You control whom you invite and the access you grant. Share only what those people need. The space owner can change or remove access in Care circle. Previously copied or downloaded information cannot be recalled automatically.

Everyday support and important limits

Aerisight Care helps organize everyday information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medication questions.

This is not an emergency, crisis-response, or continuous-monitoring service. Do not rely on it to detect emergencies or contact help. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly. Phone reminders depend on permissions, connectivity, device settings, and other conditions and may be delayed or missed. Keep another reliable reminder for anything time-critical.

The companion and some meal and bill tools use AI, which can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information yourself. Medication entries are user-entered records, not verified dosing instructions. Verify medication instructions with the label, prescriber, or pharmacist; check ingredients and allergens; and verify bill details and payment destinations. A bill status or payment handoff in this app is not proof that a bank or biller received payment.

Acceptable content and conduct

Do not create, upload, or share illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content. Do not share intimate material or another person’s private information without authorization. Child sexual abuse or exploitation content is prohibited. Do not impersonate others, send spam or malware, misuse invitations, or attempt to bypass access controls.

You remain responsible for the information you enter and share. You retain your rights to your content and allow Aerisight to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting and enforcement

Use Report care-circle content or person in Care circle to report a person or shared content, and Report AI content to report an AI response. Include enough detail to identify the concern and remove unnecessary private information. You may also contact info@aerisightanalytics.com. Reports are not an emergency channel.

Aerisight may review reports and restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate this policy, subject to applicable law. Reports are kept separate from care-circle activity. Owners can also remove a person’s access in Care circle.

Privacy, AI choices, and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, sharing, retention, and deletion. Accepting these terms does not turn on optional AI processing, microphone access, notifications, or sharing permissions; those choices are requested separately. You can stop using the service, sign out, or request account deletion at app.aerisightcare.com/delete-account.

Updates and your legal rights

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes requiring acceptance will be presented before you continue contributing content. These terms do not waive rights that applicable consumer or privacy law gives you, and do not require you to promise never to bring a legal claim. Questions: info@aerisightanalytics.com.
